Silverline Funds may add to, change, suspend, or shut down any part of this website or the Service, at any time and without advance notice. We won't be liable to you or anyone else for any inconvenience, loss, or disruption that results from a change like this.

Acceptable Use

If any part of this site lets you contact us or communicate with us — a rate-check form, a chat window, or a similar tool — you agree to use it only for its intended purpose, and never to advertise, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit that channel.

When you complete a rate check or application, you agree to:

• Give us information about yourself that is true, current, and complete
• Keep that information up to date if anything changes while we're processing your request

If we determine that information you gave us is false, outdated, or incomplete, we may close your file and decline to process any current or future request from you. By submitting your information, you also permit us to share it — in aggregate or as needed to fulfill your request — with our network of lending partners and service providers, consistent with our Privacy Policy, including to tailor the offers we show you and to follow up about your request.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for everything you submit or transmit through this site, and you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose. Beyond that general rule, you agree that you will not:
