What we collect when you check your rate through Silverline Funds, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Your financial privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Silverline Funds collects, uses, and protects the personal information you share with us and with our network of lending partners.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here, and where it makes sense, note the change elsewhere on our site. Please check back occasionally so you know what we collect, how we use it, and when we might share it. If we make a change that meaningfully affects you, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it directly, in addition to posting it here.
When you check your rate through this site, you share personal details with us directly — your name, mailing address, email, state of residence, phone number, a general picture of your current credit situation, your IP address, how you interact with our site, and how you heard about us.
The only messages we send are tied to the rate check or call you initiated. Because they're transactional rather than promotional, you can't opt out of them while your request is active. If your details change, or you'd rather we stop holding onto your information, contact us using the details at the end of this page and we'll correct, update, or delete it.
We'll disclose your information when it's necessary to complete your request, service an account with one of our lending partners, comply with the law, or protect our legal rights — for example, in response to a court order or other legal process.
Some information we collect isn't tied to you personally. Our site automatically logs general browsing details, including the site you arrived from, the pages you viewed, and the browser you used.
If you move forward with one of our lending partners, they may collect additional information directly from you — things like your employment, home address, education, account balances, existing creditors, and overall financial picture — governed by their own privacy practices.
We don't share the personal information collected through this site with anyone outside Silverline Funds except as described in this policy or required by law. We first use what you submit to match you with rate options from our network of lending partners. After that, we use it to follow up with your results, walk you through your options, or suggest alternatives if we're not able to help.
We may share your information with the lending partner you're matched with, and with other companies that help us service your request — think processors, verification providers, or similar vendors. None of the above includes SMS opt-in or consent data, which we never share with any third party. We may also receive information about you from other sources, including credit reporting agencies, marketing partners, and the lending partners themselves.
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site, including general demographic and interest data, so we can improve the experience and measure how our advertising performs. We don't combine personally identifiable information with anonymous advertising data unless we've clearly disclosed that and gotten your opt-in consent first. Most ad platforms let you manage or opt out of interest-based advertising directly through their own settings.
Where it helps us run the site, we share non-personal, aggregated information — like how long visitors typically stay on a page — with the vendors who host or maintain our website on our behalf.
A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can remember details about your visit. We use cookies on this site, but we don't tie what's stored in a cookie back to the personal information you've submitted to us.
Some of the cookies we use are persistent, meaning they stay on your device until you clear them or they expire on their own. We use these to understand what our visitors are interested in and make the site more useful over time. You can remove them at any time through your browser's settings, and doing so won't stop you from using the site.
Some of our partners and affiliates also place their own cookies when you're on our site. We don't control those cookies, and this policy only covers what we do — not what any outside party does.
Pixels are small pieces of code that let us, and select third parties, understand how visitors engage with our content and ads across different sites. They help us figure out which messaging is actually useful to people and reach the audiences most likely to be interested in what we offer.
A pixel can pick up details like your IP address and approximate location, the time of your visit, your browser type, any relevant cookie IDs, the page you were on, and your time zone. We only use pixel data for advertising or content decisions after it's been combined with other aggregated data — we don't act on any single visitor's pixel data in isolation. We may share aggregate reporting, like total views, general audience demographics, or conversion trends, with our advertising partners.
Access to your personal information is limited to the people on our team who need it to help service your request. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to meet applicable federal standards, and everyone with access to sensitive data is trained on how to handle it responsibly.
This section applies if you're a California resident and we've collected personal information about you — whether through this website, by working with us, or through any other communication with our team.
Because Silverline Funds is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”), certain personal information we handle is exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), while other information may still fall under it. To keep this section straightforward, we've described everything we collect below without separating out what's GLBA-exempt — that doesn't mean we're giving up any protection GLBA or similar laws otherwise provide us.
We sometimes disclose personal information to outside companies for a business purpose. When we do, we put a contract in place that limits how they can use it and requires them to keep it confidential. Over the past twelve months, we've disclosed identifiers, California Customer Records–type data, protected classification data, commercial information, internet activity, employment-related information, and inferences drawn from that data — to our lending partners, service providers, and any third party you've authorized us to share with.
We may also disclose information for a commercial purpose under an agreement that requires the recipient to follow applicable privacy law. Over the past twelve months, that's included identifiers, California Customer Records–type data, and commercial information shared with our lending partners, service providers, vendors, and marketing partners.
You can have someone else exercise these rights on your behalf. If you do, they'll need to complete the same steps you would, along with a notarized letter confirming you've authorized them, and enough information for us to confirm your identity.
These rights depend on our being able to reasonably confirm who you are, and they're subject to the usual exceptions under applicable law. To verify a prospective customer's identity, we'll typically ask for your first and last name, state of residence, phone number, address, and email. If you're already a customer, we may also need your Social Security number or another account identifier.
To exercise any of these rights, reach us by phone at (844) 514-1874 or by email at [email protected].
You have the right to tell Silverline Funds not to sell your personal information, and to have us honor that going forward. To opt out, contact us by phone at (844) 514-1874 or by email at [email protected] and let us know that's what you'd like.
Questions or concerns about this policy? Email us at [email protected]. If you run into a technical issue using our site, that's the right place to reach us too.
For more on your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the CFPB publishes a plain-language summary of your rights, along with guidance on disputing an error on your credit report.
Reach out any time — we're glad to walk through your rights and how we handle your information.

Open Rate Check in a New TabPersonal loans from $5K to $100K, with fixed rates and terms laid out before you ever commit to anything.
This is not an offer or solicitation for a specific loan product. Silverline Funds is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing is provided by a network of third-party, participating lending partners. Loan amounts and terms vary depending on borrower creditworthiness and lender requirements: amounts range from 5K–100K with terms of 12–84 months and interest rates between 5.99% and 35.89% APR. Not all applicants will qualify for the maximum amount, longest term, or lowest rate, which generally require excellent credit. Checking your rate uses a soft credit pull and does not affect your credit score; a hard pull only occurs if you choose to proceed with a lending partner's offer. Next-business-day funding is not available through all lending partners. See full Terms & Conditions for details.
